Tri to Defi: Challenge, Communicate, Change: May 2017

Defi loosely means challenge, to dare, to be brave in French. I am a triathlete, runner, organizational developer, systems thinker, educator, and writer. Communication is the foundation of any of these activities and central to thinking bravely about change and challenge. With a PhD in Communication Studies, nearly twenty years experience in education and management, and six years racing, I bring these skills and talents together to think and write about change on an individual and organizational level.
